These Terms govern the KathaMitr website and early-access waitlist. The future KathaMitr product, memberships, and child profiles will be subject to additional terms presented before they become available.

If you join on behalf of a family, you represent that you are a parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to do so.
2. Early access and product information
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular feature or price. Product descriptions, illustrations, stories, membership details, and pricing shown on this website are previews and may change as KathaMitr is developed. We may invite families in stages or discontinue the waitlist at any time.
3. Permitted use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, use automated means to abuse the service, or copy and exploit website content in violation of applicable law.
4. KathaMitr content

These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use KathaMitr branding or content outside ordinary personal use of the website.
